Chinese American Citizens Alliance – Chicago Lodge was originally chartered in 1917, and rechartered in 2010. We are a civil rights organization dedicated to bettering the lives of Chinese Americans both within our Chicago communities and across the United States.
To serve, better, and fight for the lives and livelihoods of Chinese Americans across the Chicago community, and the United States.
What We've Achieved
- Supported and campaigned for the election of Asian-American Senator Tammy Duckworth, an American hero.
- Continue to support the growth of Chicago's Chinatown, which is more populous and financially lively today than it has ever been.
- Supported and campaigned for the successful election of Theresa Mah, the first Asian American and first Chinese American ever elected to the Illinois General Assembly.
